Product Description

Illuminate your property and keep watch on your home or business with this wireless, solar powered security light with covert built-in camera. The motion-activated, lightweight unit is easy to set up and has no electrical wiring required. The 3-Watt monocrystalline solar panel captures the suns energy, charging the 7.4V Lithium-Ion battery (included). A motion sensor automatically illuminates the two 5-Watt super bright LEDs whenever motion is detected within 50-Feet or 160-Degree. The light then triggers the activation of the video camera and microphone which transmit the signal via the included 2.4 GHz digital wireless transmitter. This enables the DVR to receive pictures and sound directly from the camera without any drops or interference. Simply connect the DVR to any TV or Monitor using the included RCA audio/video connecting cables to see and hear what triggered the sensor. This unit also includes a 2GB SD Card to store the information. The receiver has a built in quad screen system which allows you connect up to 3 more cameras (Sold separately, see model PSD3E) to monitor your entire property.

Expensive light, useless camera
By M. Chavez
The receiver powered on once for a few minutes, then never worked again. The company has failed to respond to my messages for support or replacement. I would not recommend this product.

Not worth the money
By Carroll Davis
Everything worked when I first opened the box and then the receiver (DVR) quit after about 10 minutes and kept showing "No Signal". Even after charging for 2 days (per the instructions) it still did not work. Tried to contact customer service and never got to talk to anyone. Returned to Amazon for a replacement.

Amazon, as always, was very good about me returning the defective light. However, even after the defective light was received by the return center they were giving me an estimated delivery date of more than a month for the replacement. There were three in stock, so I cancelled my order and reordered a new one and received it in about 1 week.

The new light worked fine. However, I returned it also because on the night pictures it was impossible to see any detail. Daytime works ok except that at times the pictures are washed out.

For the price, I would not recommend this item.

Camera works well and is not too sensitive.
By scottb
The setup and use of the camera/DVR is very easy and straight forward. The camera takes pictures that are good and the lights do a good job lighting up a good size area. the controls on the DVR could be improved, but are straight forward and relatively easy to use. I will be purchasing the add on camera.
