Great picture, poor remote management

While the picture is great, the software supporting access to the video is poor. I have a need for remote access and management and the software available does not do this. The camera would be great for a local access situation, providing you the capability of resetting the unit locally.
I am looking for a camera that has great remote access and management via remote software app.

Camera has networking problem. It will not work. There is no 1-800 number for support. Tenvis security camera no support.

Misleading Advertisement-Wired!

Misleading as advertised. The product was advertised as wireless; however, the product arrived with wires for power and ethernet. Definitely not what I ordered and paid for
